When Laughing Colors came together in Annapolis, Md. in 1991, the rock quartet said they just wanted to make their music their life. The band played relentlessly in the mid Atlantic until 2005, when after 2200 live shows and 75,000 albums sold they decided to call it quits. Now the band likes to honor their fans by doing a few select shows per year, which have become more like a family reunion than a concert--for band and fans alike.

Laughing Colors' songs and pure energy live performance have contributed to their reputation as one of the region’s most popular bands. Their song "The Solution" became a smash hit on Baltimore's 98 Rock, and they played to sold out crowds throughout the 1990s and 2000s.
